Used to be good until some moron called Darren started running the call centre. If Dynamite were brains this chap would blow a hair off.When I spoke to the call centre the level of knowledge amongst the team leaders was pitiful, which is a shame as previously the old team leaders / ops leaders were really helpful and knowledgeable. I guess that's what happens when meat heads take over and brains leave because of it.
