I hadn't cut my hair in nearly 4 years, and it was starting to get a bit long. I was unsure of the style or how long I wanted my hair. Karen did an amazing job to fix all of it up for me. She did a great cut, shave and overall tidy. I couldn't recommend Karen more than enough, she is a very experienced barber who knows what she's doing. 5/5
