I purchased a jumper from this website. I was super impressed with the amazing customer service. After inadvertently including incorrect addressee details, I emailed the company on a Sunday afternoon (expecting an auto-generated reply), only to be able to chat with a customer service rep who promptly sorted out my details. Unfortunately I had to return the order (due to no fault of the company) and was again very impressed by their customer service. On the same day I dropped off my parcel I received a refund. Would definitely recommend shopping at their site!

Very positive customer experience with these guys. I had to return items as they were not suitable for what I needed and the returns process was really impressive at no cost. The communication was so good. I would definitely shop with Rushfaster again !

I have just received my first order from Rushfaster and they have exceeded my expectations. Offering free delivery (over $75), their website was user-friendly, and they provided continual communication upon confirmation of the order. The products were dispatched promptly, arrived ahead of time and were well packaged. Highly recommend.

Submitted 3 reviews on the website, due to poor products, posted images of proof.The reviews stayed online for a day then were removed without any correspondence.In short, buyers be aware of Matador products, the construction quality is very poor considering the cost.

These guys are right on the ball for online shopping. I do much of my shopping early evening and three times now I have used their chat functionality to discuss a purchase and other things and someone is there ready to help. Really impressed! Rushfaster is now my GOTO place when searching for something, I'll only go elsewhere if they don't stock it.
