Hamptons Pet Friendly Beach House

Lovely house!

DO NOT RECOMMENDPLEASE be careful before booking your stay with Colleen. I first contacted Colleen in April 2020 and had our accommodation set for November 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I was unable to stay, I then re booked for early June 2021 and unfortunately wasn't able to stay due COVID-19 again. I asked Colleen for a refund of the money as I have had to cancel twice. Colleen would not refund the money but advised we could still use this towards another date which I was happy to do. July 2022 I contacted Colleen again asking what dates were available for the remainder of this year, she then said I wasn't able to stay as MY money is now invalid. After trying to make numerous attempts to contact Colleen again regarding the money as well as a copy of a cancelation policy to be sure I had not missed something, I have not heard anything from her since and now unable to get my money back. Very disappointed

We took a trip down to come an stay in Pambula Beach and we couldn’t have chosen a better home honestly, it was so beautifully renovated and you could feel all the love and effort put into the home. The beachy vibes throughout the house really made you feel as close to the beach as you are!! I loved that the beach was only a short stroll down the road! And Colleen was an absolute treat to deal with, she welcomed my family and I with a huge smile and an a beautiful attitude, her hospitality made us feel at home before we’d even walked through the door, I can’t wait to rebook and come back again next year! Thank you so much for having us!

We are very disappointed with our experience with booking this house. We paid over $4,000 to book it to stay in early January 2020, plus a bond. When the bushfires commenced, we asked for Colleen to refund our booking the bond. Colleen would not refund our booking or bond even though we didn't stay. We had to go to Fair Trading to get the bond back. She offered a change of dates. But we wanted to book somewhere else in Victoria so wanted our money back. She then would not respond to our emails or phone calls. At the moment, we have not been offered any satisfactory resolution. It's a shame as we would have been likely to be repeat customers for the home.

This house is the perfect place for a holiday near the beautiful waters of Pambula Beach and river with a spacious and fuctional kitchen and dining room. Thoroughly modern features throughout the house and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Such an easy place to stay and enjoy. Our host Colleen couldn't be nicer and proud of this modern holiday house.. 5 stars. Dave.

The Hamptons house in Pambula was a beautiful charming beach house just as described! Colleen was so lovely to interact with. We unfortunately left a few items at the house and Colleen posted them back to us promptly. Would definitely recommend anyone booking this house if they're after a cosy, spacious place in the South Coast!
