My partner and I recently purchased an off the plan property through Carlo's In2Realty. Carlo was there for us every single step of the way, always going above and beyond for us. You can quickly tell Carlo is not an agent who sees you purely as a walking pay check, which unfortunately can be quite common in the industry, he instead cares about his brand, a high level of service and the dedicated professional advice he so regularly gives. There were even several occasions where Carlo gave me unofficial legal advice which our lawyers had originally missed, only for them to realise Carlo was in fact correct. He always advised for me to seek my own legal advice as he is not a lawyer, they were merely his interpretations - again highlighting his professionalism and well-rounded knowledge of the industry.The whole process was quite surreal, I would go as far to say, I trust Carlo with my life! Carlo is excellent at what he does, we hit some big roadblocks but he always found a way through. Though no fault of his own. His down earth, easy to deal with and straight to the point who will go above and beyond to help you.
