I am so grateful you sternly referred me to a doctor for that tick bite. Thanks to you I had early treatment for Queensland Tick Typhus. Royal Brisbane suggests my mostly mild symptoms could’ve been considerably worse otherwise.

Don’t even waste a single cent on this store! Apparently the owner thinks the sun shines out of his ***!! If he wants to speak to customers the way he does he will slowly watch his store lose business! I hope your store goes bust coz you deserve it!

The man working today extremely rude wouldn't see me as I didn't have a mask as im on holidays and don't have one offered to buy one he said he couldn't help me. He made me wait outside thay was fine and after waiting he still wouldn't help me with my request. Mr I work in a pharmacy i know i can have what i asked for and I've never meet anyone as rude and unhelpful asyourself.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would rather drive to the other side of the island to avoid the careless attitude that is displayed in this store by David. Never in my life have I been yelled at the second I walked through the door of a store or made to talk openly about my scripts in front of other customers by a pharmacist who acts like he’s a doctor. Do better.

Please make sure all of your medical needs are taken care of in Dunwich (that pharmacy is amazing!) or before arriving on the island. The pharmacist here is rude, arrogant. and a truly terrible human being. I would expect a little bit of care, compassion and understanding for any one walking into a pharmacy. It is generally for a reason. It is not to be confronted with a rude man yelling at you. It is not be told, he cant help you, get out. It is not to have no choice but to ignore him or walk 1 hour to the next available place for my needs. A need I attempted to deal with 1.25 hours prior, but the pharmacy was shut for no reason, with a sign saying back at 2. So I waited. I had no choice. And I was greeted with utter hostility. It was confronting, humiliating and unnecessary.

Terrible service, the pharmacist was very rude, not just to me but the 2 other customers who came into the store at the time and shouted at a person who dared to take 1 step into the store without a mask, leaving them looking completely bewildered. And this pharmacist is meant to be a health professional?? Do yourself a favour and give this pharmacy a miss -and go to the one at Dunwich. Lovely pharmacist, great staff, very friendly and knowledgable.

Professional, kind and courteous service who does their best to fulfil your needs to the best of their abilities.And if I had to deal with sick people all day I'd want them wearing a mask too.

As soon as i opened the door and took 2 steps inside.. the guy ran toward me making a huge fuss because i didn't have a mask (The type he was wearing has been proven to only be 20% effective). Didnt want to help me fill my script, was super rude and uncooprative. Don't even bother coming here.

Worst service I have ever received. I was refused entry for not having a mask even though masks are NOT mandatory in Queensland I was made to wait outside for 30 mins before he even brought me a mask and then argued with me about what I wanted to purchase. I will never go to this pharmacy again considering the only other pharmacy on the island are more then helpful , friendly and not rude. ThisIs not the first time this has happened at this pharmacy.

Pharmacist was friendly and customer service was really good. This review is about the expiry date of products, purchased a liquid eyeliner and when I opened it, it was completely dry and rock hard, it must have been sitting on that shelf for ages.Couldn't get a refund as the shop is shut most of the weekend and we are leaving Sunday. If you are tourist I would advise to check your products before leaving the shop.
