Beware, do not bring your pets here. Walking to the room where my kitten is going to get treated at, splotches of blood on the floor. Scratch marks on the floor as if one of the animals were being dragged. When I entered the room, could smell just animal blood in the room. X-ray machine broken? Very dirty, dirty razor which seemed like had blood on it too on the bench. Pee on the floor. Disappointing to see, dirty vet overall as it is very old. will never bring my cats here again.

This vet is a scam and the service is terrible. They gave me an estimate printed out then changed the amount when I called to double check everything before the surgery date wanting me to pay double what I was told using the excuse that it's because the new vet made a mistake when it wasn't even the same person who calculated the costs. This is the only vet that has a new vet nurse" every few months making it impossible to get reliable care for you pets when every vet tells you something different. Also no other vet clinics make you wait more than 45 minutes before being seen. Then what is the point of making an appointment? Receptionist would not stop burping and other one had a bad attitude. They never answer the phone either."

Been here 3 times and never again, 1st time very rude ( man, don’t know his name ) .. very inconsiderate and judgmental. Second time they were about to charge me $2,500 for an operation on my chihuahuas leg, went elsewhere and payed only $900 as it wasn’t as serious as I was told, 3rd and last time went for microchip and vaccination for my kitten , charged me $90 above their average as he THOUGHT the prices have gone up. Either way? All ladies at reception are very friendly but the 2 men are extremely rude , judgmental and full of attitude!!

I have gone to both of Michael Bell's clinics for the past 20 years and referred many others to him. I highly recommend his professionalism, his knowledge and his ability to diagnose and treat animals (particularly dogs) as well as his fairness and competitive pricing. His ability to diagnose muscle/skeletal issues has just saved a friend's retriever from undergoing literally thousands $$ in unneeded tests. Would never go anyplace else!

Staff are super friendly and the vets are so attentive and kind to our furry little friends. They don't rush your appointment and answer all questions honestly.They are conveniently located and offer amazing trading hours for people like myself who work until 6pm.

The vet should pay us to listen to her and keep talking. She has non-stop talking and is not relevant to the purpose we brought our dog there. She did nothing, not even a general health check to my dog. She suggest pain killer injection for my dog, then she turn to us and says, Sorry

I gave a one star rating as I wasn’t able to give a no star rating. Very disappointed in this vet clinic. We were unable to get an appointment at our usual vet so took our cat here. The so called vet didn’t do a thorough examination of our cat and tried unsuccessfully to take a blood test while we were present. Very disturbing for us and our cat. We decided not to return as uncomfortable with the lack of concern and lack of professionalism. We went to another vet and found them to be amazing. Blood tests taken on the spot and a proper examination given. We will never go back to High Street Epping Vet again, such a waste of time and money. This clinic needs to ask why they are in business at all and should be embarrassed. I am not a person who would give a negative review unless it was warranted. I don’t want others to through anything like this.

Great, friendly staff. Only dissapointment is that you must pay in cash or they won't treat your pet. Other then that, if you come loaded you can expect great service! I had my little puppy microchipped and vaccinated and they were very calming and quick.

Ive brought my dogs to this clinic for years however after this mornings events, I will no longer return. I have a 8 year old rottweiler who gets anxious in certain settings, the vet being one of them. Unfortunately we need to sedate him to have his nails trimmed and have never had an issue with the female vet that sees us. She is lovely, kind and great with dogs! Cant say the same about the male vet who is there!! Because my dog is anxious, I ask if we can separate him from other dogs and have the process completed as soon as possible. The vet proceeded to lecture me as to why a sedation was needed, to muzzle my dog and have him facing the corner of the room. His delivery of these instructions was horrible as he was abrupt and tense and didnt seem to have any skills to actually deal with an anxious dog!! Because of his mannerisms, my dog started barking at him! Being an already stressful situation and the fact the vet was very rude towards me, i said if you dont want to do this then we'll go somewhere else" and he responded "OK" and slammed the door shut and left. Absolutely terrible!! If you do go to this clinic ask for the female vet as she seems to actually know how to deal with all animals!!!!"
