We have been using their services for over three years now and without doubt are one of the best dry cleaners at Macquarie Park. My husband’s business shirts, our doonas, and many of my dresses have always come back squeaky clean and well ironed. They are professional, honest and respectful in their interactions with clients. Unlike some other shops, during the pandemic they have not increased their prices and we are very grateful that they kept their business accessible to the locals during this difficult time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I have been using 5asec for the last 3 years. We use their laundry service for all of our linen, quilts, formal shirts, trousers and delicate clothing. Their customer service is excellent. The lady behind the counter has always been very helpful. She once saw my wife pop by after she closed shop and she went out of her way to open the shop to give us our clothes. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to protect and clean some of our most delicate clothing (intricate sewing, colour protection etc) and were very grateful for their care. Their pricing is affordable and we highly recommend them.

So happy with my experience here. They are quick and amazing at getting stains out. I gave them my dress which was covered in drink stains and they were able to get them all out. Definitely recommend their services.

The best dry cleaner I ever used in Sydney. I used to work in the city and tried several different dry cleaners there and was never 100% happy with any of them. Now I wfh and decided to try local dry cleaners and am amazed how professional and friendly they always are, and with great service. Will definitely recommend and keep coming back. Thanks for being awesome!

This dry cleaning store fixed my husband's wedding shirt and my wedding dress, I took my dress to the store 1 day before my wedding day for emergency ironing, the lady stayed overtime to help me fixed the super wrinkled wedding dress! Very good quality service and 100% satisfied with the results!!

I am a weekly customer for almost a year now and have always been very happy with the quality of service provided. Prior to this, I have used two other dry cleaners but 5asec has been the best by far and surprisingly the cheapest. The staff are always very friendly, professional and have quick turnarounds. I have a toddler, so my husband particularly appreciates the extra care taken with his white shirts when chocolate ice cream is involved. Would not hesitate to recommend, thank you for the consistent and excellent service.

If I could give them O I would. I got a quote on the phone which matched the quote on the sign above her head but the lady insisted on charging me $20 instead of $15 because of the length" and then told me she could offer me a discount of $18.If you don't want to same-day service dry clean my blazer

I’ve been searching for a local dry cleaners that did good work and was pleased to find this place in Macquarie Centre. After showing the staff my coat, they were very honest about how to treat it and what guarantees they could provide. Price was very competitive too!
