Mervyn is super enthusiastic and knowledgable about his job. We didn't buy from him eventually because changed the car we want. But definitely go to Mervyn if you want a Volkswagen.

Turned up for a test drive and to enquire about a trade in, the salesman suggested my car was poorly looked after and must have been rear-ended because the bumper was 'a different shade' - after checking my plates (to find zero accident history) he didn't acknowledge his crude misjudgement or even seem sorry for talking to me so rudely.This guy absolutely oblivious to his own unprofessionalism, he talked as if I couldn't afford the car I liked, suggesting I was a 'charity case' and made several unprompted references to his personal mercedes car. His ego was unnecessary and quite frankly damaging to the VW brand.Ive previously owned VW's but after this awful experience I decided to buy a different brand, got 2.5 X more for my trade in and spent 7k more because the saleswoman was professional and respectful!

Excellent service from Jaclyn at Berwick VW. Thank You.I was only in Melbourne for a few days and my Coolant warning light started to flash. I rang Berwick VW and they'd take a look at my car. Problem was detected. Quote given.I was told it was ...Unsafe to drive so car left there.Part ordered immediately and repaired within 20 hours.. Amazing Service ❣️

If visiting for servicing, make sure you check over your car when you pick it up. Took my car in for a major service today and it was returned with scratches on the front quarter panel. Stood out straight away as the car was cleaned and spotless prior to it being dropped off. Really disappointing as we are so careful with the car. Whilst they attempted to buff the scratches out, unfortunately they are still visible and the response was “we’ve done what we can”.

Excellent experience with Fred at Berwick VW, when it comes to buying a brand-new car regardless of make, I want to know I’m making the correct decision and not rush into things. There was a no pressure approach from Fred who was happy to answer any questions and allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles to assist me in making my decision and the purchase of my new VW T-Roc R.Overall, I cannot fault this dealership and the team has been a pleasure to deal with. Mervyn was absolutely amazing to deal with! I just purchased a Tiguan Allspace through Berwick Volkswagen and I could not recommend them more. I went to 4 different Volkswagen's before purchasing and not only did I get the best deal with Berwick, they were also the best to work with. Mervyn had a fantastic attitude, was always available for my questions and was by far the best person to deal with from a customer perspective. Many of the other Sales Reps were extremely pushy and tried to get me to purchase a car even when I vocalised I was still looking around to ensure I received the right fit. Mervyn didn't, he was the perfect person to deal with and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a VW. He also spent nearly an hour with me going through all the features of the car upon collection, and has reached out to me since finalising the sale to make sure any questions around the vehicle and driving it are answered. He hasn't just sold me a vehicle and then disappeared. Despite having the best deal, I wanted to purchase off Mervyn and Berwick over the other dealers due to their attitude and my experience. Definitely look here if you are in the market for a VW! Thank you guys!

Recently bought a 2nd hand VW, needed a few minor things done. These guys are super nice, straight to the point, and pretty fairly priced for a dealer. I work afternoon hours and they were happy to accommodate me dropping off/picking up around my work hours without any issue.

Very poor communication. I booked for test drive. They said they will call me to arrange but never happened.Not recommended to friends. Better dealerships out there than this one thats for sure.
