The $66 seafood meal deal is big enough to feed 4 to 5 ppl. Spacious and clean with a few tables for dine in. Go early as the place get busy from 5 onwards.

Nice little shop at the petrol station. Portion is large and oysters are good and fresh. I just drove from American river oyster farm shop and this is much much better in value.

Best fish and chips in australia - and I have travelled the whole country.Whiting was cooked amazing, calamari melts in your mouth and home made potato cakes just divine.So good we went back and bought fresh fish for dinner the next night. Once again we’re not disappointedStaff were very friendly and happy to share how they grilled the whiting so well.

Best fish and chips on the island. Their location maybe deceiving as it's attached to the Caltex petrol station in Kingscote however it's a separate business will fresh fish coming in daily from the local fishermen. Grab fresh fish to cook back at your accommodation or pick up fish & chips and enjoy a lovely picnic on the Kingscote foreshore. Plenty of picnic tables where kids can run around. Fresh fish, great service you can't go wrong!

Possibly the best fish and chips we've ever had. The batter was so crispy it shattered when you hit it with a knife! Simple, honest food incredibly well prepared. Loved it.

We were quite dissatisfied with our dinner from here. Salad was very small and it was a pasta salad instead of fresh garden salad. Both of us felt queasy for the rest of the evening as the food was so greasy. Service wasn’t bad. Wait was long. Prices are high for what you get. Only one small sachet of tartare sauce comes with the meal.

I don’t give 5 stars easily. This place sells and serves superb fish and seafood for very reasonable prices. I had 6 natural oysters, 4 cold cooked prawns and a grilled whiting with salad and chips. It was all very fresh, delicious and flawless. I paid $34 in total. Big thumbs up!

A humbly decorated cafe attached to a gas station in the heart of Kingscote. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious sea food (and the schnitzel and extra large burger, too). The family meal has a good mix of sea foods and can serve up to four people. Prices are very reasonable. Generous-sized portions. You can buy uncooked sea food, too.
