Vlado is an amazing agent who goes above and beyond. We both bought and sold our house with Vlado. On both occasions he was absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. There is no 9-5 with him working around the clock to make sure everything is perfect. After buying from him we knew that he was the agent we were going to sell with. He isn’t slimy like a lot of the agents out there. He is honest and listens to you which I thought was rare. If I sell another house again I know hands down who I will be going with. I have already recommended him to family and friends. If you are wondering who to go with, just meet with Vlado. Rod assisted us get our house ready for sale by recommending trades people, solicitor and building inspector. Given our experience with selling and buying homes this is without a doubt the BEST agent experience we have had in 28 years. Rod was honest with us and the potential buyers at all times. Signed contract two days after first Saturday open house. The market strong and 47 Groups came through on the first Saturday so Rod arrange one hour inspection. Such a relief to have a professional and swift sale.
