Professional Knife Sharpener - Joel
This old man charged me $200 for a knife and a magnet block.When I got home i found the exact same knife on ebay for $35. You'll need to be sharp to avoid be ripped off by Joel. RIP.

Highly recommend Joel for his excellent service and knowledge. He really knows his knives. I had no idea how blunt my knives were until Joel did an expert job on them.
