Had our baby’s 2nd birthday at emf junior and it was a seamless process. Staff did everything. Very good communication. Great private room and entertainment. Staff organised a crocodile balloon to go with our theme so it was really special. Best thing…no cleaning up! All the other kids and parents had a ball…highly recommend!

Kids had a lot of fun. The electric bikes were broken, they should swap for ones they just push themselves. Better without the sand pit now. Will be back

We’re loyal customers here coming frequently for many years now, even had my daughter’s 5 year birthdate party here about 2 years ago, generally very happy with the place, however more recently the venue has been requiring me to fill out an extensive contact information form every time we visit, can’t even get a ticket without it.I’ve filled it out at least 5 times now. Today I asked the staff surely you have my information already, and that my English is not good, it causes a lot of delays trying to do this just to get into the venue. The staff at the entry was very rude about it and just plainly state they don’t keep the information and it’s a requirement.This requirement would’ve made sense during COVID where check in are required but that is no longer the case anywhere, including EMF Jnr Nerang does not require this. And I’m happy to provide it once, if they just keep it on their membership system. To be required to fill this big form every time is really difficult for me and delay for everyone involved. It’s really making me think twice about coming here after today’s encounter.

The playground was fun but it is turning old and things are breaking down. Some of the ball guns are not working. The climbing castle is very dusty I wonder if the higher floor have any cleaning at all. Many squished balls from the ball pit everywhere. The bottom of the ball pit is also very dusty.Management would need to work on the hygiene.

Amazing place. Great for toddlers ! So many different areas to play so it's not over crowded. Ball pit with gym course, sensory pit, slides, car track. Amazing. Would be great if it offered a full Cafe.

Wide range of activities for my 19YO toddlers. He had a blast! However, in terms of hygiene, many accompanying adults are wearing outside shoes into the padded play areas, and the no shoes and only socks rules are not strictly reminded or enforced by the staff.

Great spot for any kids that are mobile to burn some energy. Good for kids from crawling to running to climbing to jumping! Plenty of space for them to run around and plenty of space for adults to sit down and relax.

Highly recommend for anyone considering a kids party.I held my daughters 6th birthday party here and it was great. The engagement from staff during the planning was good, the facilities and food provided met my expectations and overall it was great value for money (we had 16 children attend). The staff allocated as party hosts on the day were fantastic and really made it a stress free and fun experience.
