These guy's are amazing. They were literally on the job within an hour of my call and had the broken window replaced quickly. The installer even cleaned up and took away the broken glass. Super professional and less than half the cost I was quoted by another major windscreen" company who wanted to charge me a $230 call out fee on top of the install price if I wanted the window replaced within 3 days. Buddy Glass are my go to Guy's for any future glass replacement."

Synchronising trade services to a property all on one day might have been daunting, and I left our run til the morning I needed help, but the Buddy Glass team were onto it from my first call. And by 2:20pm, the job was done - window completely replaced on site. Brilliant service, fantastic response, excellent tradesmanship. Thanks to everyone involved.

Called Buddy Glass to replace broken window. Service was streamline and efficient. Quote was nearly half that of other well known Glass Repairers. I was given 3 prices depending on the speed of delivery. They stayed in touch and arrived when they said they would and even took away our broken glass. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Sadly no further contact from them, spoke to Rebecca who asked me to send pictures and measurements which I did, I was informed a quote would be forthcoming shortly . Another follow up and still no response. They promote ‘same-day’ and ‘quick response’ but do not deliver. How very disappointing

These guys are willing to negotiate, professional and efficient.It cost me about $300 (after discounts) to replace the glass window whereas it would've been around $400 with other major companies.They got back to me with a quote within the hour I sent them pics. They also replaced and cleaned up the shards from the broken window the next day.GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! ASK FOR DAVID IF HE'S AVAILABLE!

Couldn’t be more impressed with Buddy Glass. We contacted a number of glaziers after our son put his foot through a panel in our window and found customer service to be rude and quotes were insanely expensive. For a clear, 50x30cm panel we were being quoted between $500-600!Norm at Buddy Glass was lovely over the phone and quoted half the price of everywhere else, he organised a glazier to come to us at a time that suited the next day, and the two men that came were efficient and professional. We paid the quoted price and they were off within the hour, leaving no mess behind.Im glad I wasn’t swayed by some of the more negative reviews here and highly recommend giving them a call for your glass needs.

We used Buddy Glass for emergency window repairs on a Sunday. They were responsive, sent someone out almost immediately and the repairman was professional and got the job done quickly. Would recommend.

I contacted Buddy Glass to have urgent repair done to a glass window in my home. Initially I was happy with the quote and was advised someone would be in touch to have it done on Monday. I didn’t receive a call until Monday and was not provided a time anyone could attend. I was then advised I would have to put down a $150 deposit prior to the work being done. I found this unusual but didn’t overthink it. I then called to confirm attendance on Tuesday, having to call to confirm them actually coming to repair, again was advised that no set time could be given, and when is addressed my concern regarding paying a despot prior to the work being done, was told if I don’t they won’t come. I stated that I would be happy to show the cash up front, but didn’t feel comfortable handing it over until competition, again was told that they won’t come and the man on the phone, Max, actually said ‘ we don’t want to have to fight you for the payment’, implying a physical confrontation. This was shocking, and highly unprofessional, as was the whole process. I, of course, did not proceed, and found an amazing, friendly local service, same day repair, incredible contact, professionalism and was cheaper. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very poor.
