My husband and I have dealt with Beevers Real Estate in excess of twenty years. We have found this particular agency most approachable, very thorough with documentation and hard working to the extreme.We have owned investment properties within the five kilometre city range over a forty five year period. On occasions the properties were vacant for lengthy periods. This was not due to lack of availability of tenants but due to poor work ethic shown by the Real Estate Property Manager of other agents. One is lead to believe how very, very easy the position of Property Manager is but soon that person discovers the many pitfalls associated with rental property management. Beavers looked after us so well, even now I am smiling as I write this review. Where others failed, provided inept service and just plain failed to care, it was Sandra who saved us. She went above and beyond to sell our house while we were overseas and could do nothing to aid her. And this simple review can't express the scale of this. Do yourself a favour and skip whoever might be your second choice. The piece of mind Sandra and her team of experienced operators gave us throughout a stressful experience was immense. As a prospective tenant I have found Sandra and the Beevers team phenomenal in communication and approachability. They have been attentive and kind. It is rare for a real estate team to leave such a good impression in such a short time and I will keep an eye out for a Beevers listing whenever I'm on the move.

We have been dealing with Beevers since 1997 when we bought an investment property from them in Kelvin Grove and they remained the managing agents until 2002 when we moved into the house. We did major extensions in character to the 1880's Queensland and in 2017 when we moved overseas to live for a few years we again used them to manage our property as a rental. After returning to Australia in 2021 we decided to sell and of course used Sandra at Beevers to handle this. We were very impressed with her marketing of the property and her photographer who took wonderful photos. Very happy with her services and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house or have someone manage their rental property.

Sandra and her team are efficient, caring and just always willing to help. No question was too silly or request too small. We had to break lease as we bought our own home, and Sandra ensured that we found a new tenant within a couple of weeks. We will miss dealing with Sandra as she made renting a pleasure.
