I am definitely not a tech head when it comes to speakers, amps and home theatre systems but I have had nothing but flawless service from John and his team. The whole team looked after me and designed a system that suited my budget and the space I had. The service was great and even when I collected the system and ran out of room to take everything with me they jumped in their car and brought the rest of the system to me.The after sales service is very important to me and it was nice to get a follow up call about how the installation went. I sent a couple of photos and John called me back to recommend I move a couple of speakers to get a better experience and he offered to come over and look at the set up to make sure all was working well.I highly recommend the team at Blackwood Sound if you are looking for a home theatre system and a good experience buying it

Recently shopped around for an Anthem av receiver and nearly purchased it interstate before discovering Blackwood Sound have them.John looked after me very well and took time to follow up and went above and beyond linking me with an Anthem expert to assist me with an issue I was having that was promptly resolved.He even saved me some money on another product they don’t stock notifying me where I could get it on sale.Highly recommend!!
