Pizza Hut St Marys

Every time I order online Pizza delivery have been having trouble lately. Sending drinks which are Hot again tonight. Pizza hut might think it is ok to send hot drinks. Everyone would like a cold drink.I got my pizza order tonight and went to open it up. The pizza was stuck to the lid. Picture attached. The second pizza asked for no red capsicum. Got extra red capsicum and no green capsicum.Tried to ring pizza hut who put me through to store and got message to say that the stores voice mail was full.Previously a month ago I ordered pizza's from st marys. Still not here 2 hours later. Was unable to ring store as stores voice mail was full. I told the manger to fix this when I drove down to get my order. Tonight it was obvious that they do not want people to be able to ring the store.I think the stores voice mail is always full because they would be unable to deal with all the complaints that they would get.I would like pizza hut to refund my full purchase price tonight as compensation for having to take pizza back and wait for new pizza to be cooked. Worst service ever. I ordered pizza waited half hour for it at the end the person who took order got disappeared and other person said I didn't get your order, even money got from me. Really bad costumer service. Cheating with people

I ordered today from Pizza Hut 2 veggie sensation , cheesy bites& 1.25 Diet Coke & Uber delivery person kept outside of my house without notifying us& Coke was missing & it happened for me many months ago & the Uber delivery person kept outside without notifying me ( Not good service very bad)

This is one of the worst pizza huts I have got so called pizza from, it had 0 sauce on the 3 of them the crust was burnt and the topping was almost not even there. Take it from me give this dump a miss a big miss do not get pizza from here.

I don't understand how come there still have Star options for the review. Really should be none of stars .I bought pizza and chicken wings for lunch with whole family. Kids were having Hawaiian. Me and my partner were having hot and spicy. My partner was had a bite on her second pieces. She found one dead fly inside pizza . Then we stop eating . I grab pizza and chicken wings . I went back to store . The shop manager is a lady . She checked on fly . And she told me she can swap new one for me . I told her that , I'm looking at refund whole order , after we see the fly . We feeling disgusting, how can we keep eating it . Then she said she only can refund that pizza only . I refused . Told her , you know what , now I'm not looking at refund any money. Then I left . Now its 13:38 am , my son telling me he stomach hurt. Kids doesn't know anything, they were asking me how was there pizza , because it's in same oven .I published this review just to let everyone know . What's been happening, as a service, I don't think they have been provided good customer service and clean food . I have to let everyone see the photos of evidence , also I do believe council and fair trading need have a look into this . Make sure not happen to other customers.Whoever ( pizzahut )trying to reply this review, please make sure tell everyone truth! Because I have recorded conversation between me and shore manager as evidence! You can not run anywhere!

Every time I come here, they always seem to mess it up some how. Ordered three different pizzas and got two the same. Even checked my receipt to see if I ordered it right, store never answers the phone.

I couldn't be bothered to cook lunch, felt like cheese pizza. I must say I think Pizza Hut is better than Dominoes. More toppings. It really hit the spot. I didn't like the Super Supreme because it smelled strange ..a chemical smell coming from the meats. So that put me off.. however the boys ate it. I enjoyed the pizza cookie full of chocolate chips. Came on time.. But expensive for two quite small pizza and a dessert""

Ordered a large order for a kids birthday$90+ got the pizza home, the pizzas were all burnt, drove back down to advise them, pizzas were re-done to only be burnt again.Went into the shop today, this extremely unprofessional female stating she was a manager, just laughed in my face, would not assist with the inquiry, when I asked her name she refused to give it, she proceeded to then take down the phone number which she just kept stopping and laughing at her work colleague, when I asked her what was so funny, and told her it was very unprofessional she said she was not going to serve me, as I was being rude.I not once raised my voice, nor did I yell or swear, all I wanted was to rectify and get a resolution of the over cooked food.Even after I showed her pictures she told me to get outHow can anyone run a business like this, and have extremely aggressive and unprofessional staff working for them.I will be advising everyone I know, not to use this Pizza Hut.. just disgusting customer service.Mihil is the Owner

when I went to get my order after 15 minutes, I had to wait another 15 minutes but apparently they had people shouting at staff for long wait times already. that is ok I waited but the annoying part was when I picked up and went home, the cheese on the Mediterranean pizza was not heated and it was like eating worm spaghetti but cold. not a good sign for my first order at this location.
