What a poor experience. Walked in last week and spent a good 10 mins walking round the store looking at products. Even had to walk over a staff member kneeling on the floor putting stock away. There were 3 staff members present and not 1 acknowledged me the whole time i was there. Instead they were bickering about a customer together and using foul language. Extremely unprofessional. Although there were earrings i found and wanted to buy i didn't want to deal with these staff members as they did not present a warm, welcoming or helpful attitude, so i left. Won't even bother walking in next time. There are plenty of people who've lost their jobs and suffering because of it. In my opinion if you don't want to work there, then leave. There are 1000's of other people who'd love to take your place and guaranteed would give 100% more effort.

Visited Swarovski Burwood to pick up a birthday gift and I couldn't be happier. I was looked after by Jennifer who was a wonderful member of staff. She was delightfully helpful and polite who made me feel very welcome and provided me with many purchase options. What a lovely shopping experience.

Went to pick up a bracelet purchased online on boxing day. Told the staff who handed me the box that I'm going to wear the bracelet, so don’t put it back in the box. As I was about to unwrap the plastic wrapping around the bracelet, the staff abruptly took the bracelet off my hand proceeded to help me unwrap it. Though her gesture was rude, I thought it was nice of her to help.However, after about what feels like a lifetime, it is clear that she can’t perform a simple task. Unwrapping plastic wrap with her fingers deems too difficult. She then uses a cardboard knife and begins to go to town on the plastic wrapping. My heart was jumping out of my chest, I was so worried that she is going to damage the bracelet. She proceeds to slash the plastic wrap a couple more times until I’m fed up with her inadequacy and politely asked, “May I help?” She reluctantly handed part of the bracelet wrapping to me and as I’m about to unwrap the plastic, she snatched the bracelet off me and said “See, I got it!”All I can say is that this staff member was not only rude, she also needs therapy, she is dealing with something internally.It’s also such a shame because I visited the store about 2days before, trying out the bracelet. The lady who served me then was warm, friendly, with the best smile and customer service.I regret wanting to wear the bracelet instantly and also not taking that staff’s name. However, I will be revisiting and I will pay attention to her name next time.

I honestly had a very satisfying experience here. I was going in looking for something for mums bday but wasnt exactly sure on what. I was approached in a welcoming manner by jennifer (i think that was her name - perhaps jenny?) and she made my overall customer experience very pleasant. I ended up finding the perfect necklace which mum loved and honestly planning to go back. Despite jen not knowing the answer to one question (granted that it was about my own mums preference) I was overall quite satisfied with the experience!

I was so pleased with my experience at your Burwood store. I often find it hard to make a decision on what to buy and feel like i need to make a decision quickly but your store manager Marie was so patient and helpful in helping me decide on what to purchase for an important event. She showed me a whole lot of items and helped me match them to my outfit. Its so nice to actually be greeted by someone who loves their job, is professional and is genuinely interested in helping. I will be back!

what a lovely experience! the staff was absolutely amazing. highly appreciate for someone taking time patiently help me decide the gift for my Mom's birthday. The guy in store is really good at gift wrapping as well. Nevertheless, the store is doing such an amazing 50% off sale, would definitely recommend my friends to go here.

Don't attempt at being dishonest with customers to get a sale. I asked what the bracelet was made of. The assistant decided that she'd just give the carat figure. A half lie doesn't make a truth. Just tell your customers that they are gold plated. The jewelleries are high end trinkets.

Had some trouble choosing a gift for my anniversary with my girlfriend, and Jennifer helped heaps and was very friendly! Beautiful Trilogy Bracelet, worth every dollar I spent!

Visit today to collect the online order from store and the watch dial was bit dirty told her to wipe and she gave me a horrible look and ask for a gift bag and she was like no we don't have it after giving bag not even bother to say thank you. I took the chance and said thank you but no response at all.She need to work on her customer skills.
