Jaimi and Desiree do an incredible job with extensions, colour, cuts. The girls here always make me feel super comfortable whenever I come into the salon, they are amazing at what they do and are such lovely people as well.If you are thinking about getting extensions, I highly recommend Jaimi and co!

Jaimi is so amazing at what she does, and gave me with beautiful hair for my wedding.Super helpful providing options and also listening to what your hair concerns might be and working around that. I wanted something that looked like my hair than better and that’s exactly what I got! She’s also just a lovely person in general, so always nice to catch up when I go in for a freshen up.Honestly the best hair extension experience I could have asked for, wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

I paid $1,300 for hair extensions done by Jaimi that resulted in Traction Alopecia (bald spot) as diagnosed by a Dermatologist. Supposed to last 8-10months, but ended up lasting only 10 weeks. After communicating my disappointment with Jaimi, she guaranteed a free clip in extension to exchange for her faulty service, to which we had both agreed on. However, after multiple weeks she said she could not procure the guaranteed clip in extensions, with no actual receipt or prove, I was confused and disappointed (again). At the end she offered me a free salon treatment which does not even come close to the dollar value of a clip in hair extension. Disappointment after Disappointment. I do not recommend this place based on my experience

I have to begin with the staff are nice. They make you feel welcomed which is great but unfortunately I’m super unhappy with my extensions I’ve had them around a month and they are really unmanageable due to the placement. I’ve had extensions on and off for 12 years and this is the first time I’ve had such an odd placement, two smaller pieces at the front to fill in the gaps which is what I was aiming to “fix” by getting these extensions. One side was installed significantly higher than the other. There was then a third piece installed around the back but as the pieces do not over lap there is a very obvious gap. Sadly I wasn’t happy with the length or cut, I asked a few times to have a less boxy and not a blunt cut only to be repeatedly told “the hair will drop” which didn’t make any sense so I gave up smiled and said okay so I was able to leave. I ended up having to get the extensions cut in elsewhere to a more realistic length and style. The colour match was spot on but for some reason the tech used black beads on the two front pieces but brown in the back. So they stand out. The feel of the extensions is quite poor like, I purchased the exact shampoo and conditioner the tech recommended even though it wasn’t what I normally used on my extensions. It’s unfortunate and sadly feels like a waste of money-I wouldn’t return.

Jaimi is efficient, professional and an expert in her field. The perfect place to make your hair dreams come true. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Was my first visit for new set. Cannot rate her high enough! Just moved to Melbourne from Sydney and so glad I found this place for my extensions. ( and I did alot of searching)Perfect blend even when straight and even with my short layers .I've been getting extensions for years and I'm usually tough to please...

I got my balayage and extensions done here for the first time by Desiree and she was just unreal!!! She took the time to really make sure I was completely happy with my colour and the hair. I’m quite picky with my hair and extensions, however she did such an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier. The colour is what I wanted, the colour blends with the extensions perfectly, and the quality and placement of the extensions are perfect. On top of that she was so fun and lovely to be around!

Jaimi has been doing my hair (colour & cut) for almost 2 years now and I've never looked back! I even travel from Geelong just for her!She is an expert in blondes and I am always receiving compliments on the colour!She did my hair for my wedding and organised clip in extensions for me, which looked incredible!Cannot recommend her enough!
