Back in 2016 this was Targets Next Gen store include styling experts, in-store café, click and collect service, a T-shirt printing station where customers can bring their own designs create their own fashion, on-site clothing alteration service and a digital photo kiosk. I usually stop in when visiting Chatswood. My daughter prefers the clothes there over Kmart.

Has almost everything you need including home appliances and apparel; that too at a reasonable price. Employees are always happy to assist when asked.

A short hair, old lady staff yelled at me for leaving my pram here.Of course i know the risk that someone might take the pram or steal whatever i have there. But my 16th month old will scream if I’m going to keep him in a pram while going around to shop. And it’s hard to go around following a baby and pushing the pram.BUT, IF it’s NOT allowed, they can just approach the customer and tell them nicely instead of yelling at them and walk away. It’s just rude. It’s 9o’clock in the morning, please make sure to give that lady a coffee or chocolate before she start working.

My wife, two young kids and I were at the register scanning what we wanted to purchase. We were taking out items from the bottom of the pram to scan them. Took a bit of time to put everything through because we were buying over $300 worth of bed sheets and kids clothes. The lady at the register said “I imagine you’re going to pay for that” referring to what was in the bottom of the pram. Weird tone but I let it go, could just be how I inferred it. Then we’ve finished paying (she knew we’d finished because she processed our Flybuys rewards. My daughter was holding one of items we’d scanned (a drink bottle). “I imagine you’ve paid for that…” Seriously? Yes we’ve paid for it. Wish we hadn’t shopped here at all had I known I would have had to face implied judgment from the staff. Rude.

Many good books, toys and fine clothing. Not many things in stock. Don’t to manga, anime and other non English books. Don’t recommend to get anything from Asian countries here, books are of pretty high quality, recommend buying, very worth your time. Clothing is clean, new and good variety and all sizes. Very organised and clean.

A clean, fresh and inviting store with lots of natural light, modern decor with clearly labelled departments making your search for fashion or homewares a breeze. All of this and the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered! Lots of affordable and stylish everyday apparel for men, women and children. Beautiful homewares to decorate your stylish inner city pad, holiday home by the sea or just to spruce up the family home. They even stock a designer clothing range by none other than Dannii Minogue. By far, the nicest shopping experience of ANY department store in Australia.

Went there on 27/04, a staff called Max were extremely helpful and friendly to me. He was helping me find a size 12 kids top and almost searched everywhere in the store. Very patient boy

Waking into Targets I see just a mass of product before me. I like order when I enter a shop. I like to see clearly marked areas so I can find what I want quickly. The clothes are just massed together but all sections run into each other. I walk round and round, maybe even missing some racks as there is no clear path. Divide sections. Mark clearly. Make it easier for your shopper to find things. Signage. Pathways they to next section within the sections.
