A big shootout to Vicky! She’s lovely and the service was amazing, never felt so clean and fresh before, I definitely recommend the Brobar for any facial treatments, I’ll definitely back in a few weeks!

I have been to bro bar everytime I need to get my eyebrows done and I love how Maha and Maria do it. I got it down by Susana today. I am very disappointed with my appointment with Susana. She spaced my eyebrows too far wide apart and also there is no symmetry between the two. One eyebrow is closer to nose bridge while other is far off. I have an important event tomorrow and really upset with level of service.

I have used laser treatment at the Marrickville store and received friendly service from a young woman. However, I don't think the head office is as professional. Months & months to organise a refund. If you could be in the same circumstance or any communication to head office for a refund - expect to waste your time.

Had an eyebrow wax on the weekend and didnt have my glasses with me. Got home and it was a pretty bad job. $30 for an eyebrow wax that is uneven, unbalanced and required me to go and get it fixed up elsewhere. Could understand if it was busy but there was no one else there. A bit more time and care could have been taken. Then got added to some text message list. Overall not impressed and won't go there again.

First time getting a facial wax and had the Groomed Bro package. Excellent, caring service. Recommend this place.
