We got super excellent service from Picked. Our selection coordinator was Kristy Foxford. She did a really good job. We did some amendments later on after changing our mind, Kristy was very accommodating to us and well prepared. Very professional service & highly satisfied.

If you have more money than sense and can wait months for just a quote you are at the right place.Initial contact was positive - designer came out quite quickly and seemed down To earth and had some good ideas.We waited nearly 2 months now for a combined quote of having work done to 3 areas. Only to be told over a month later sorry your project seems too large for us and we are very busy"If you can't handle 2x bathrooms 1x kitchen and 1x shed conversionMaybe you should have been honest right from the start rather than stringing us along with excuses.Blessing is : better now than half way through a build."

Part of our selections with builder.. the lady assisting us wasn’t very helpful and the service felt rushed and pressured terrible experience considering this was our first build.

Felt totally rush during our selections, weren't shown all available options and every question we asked seemed to be just an annoyance to our service lady. Having said that the lady at reception was nice but all down hill from there. We got it done but that excitement you have for your selections was just sucked out of us.

Very helpful lady assisting us, we were just browsing options and she gave us lots of info and catalogues. Displays were good even though they were changing things. A bit pricey but that is to be expected!
