BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do not buy for this company. GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service does not exist. Plenty of other marine companies that do take returns/exchanges to choose from. I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews of people trying to return or exchange goods. Once you purchase, they do not want to know you, phone calls will be sort if you want to make a return/exchange. I have lodge a complaint with fair trading.

I have bought multiple boat accessories from Keoghs and they're always the lowest price, friendly and helpful to deal with over the phone. They do good deals on freight and send items out promptly. Just received my anchor winch, anchor and other bits and pieces and everything was packaged extremely well and freight was only $25 to gladstone for 5 bulky boxes.. couldn't be happier, thanks!

All good selling goods but if you have a problem then you will find pretty quickly that service is non existent. Faulty item returned 3 months ago and after numerous phone calls still not able to refund or replace. Make excuses its their suppliers fault. Would not recommend. 1 star too many. go elsewhere if you require after sales service. Lodging with fair trade.

Well I've got to say I'm impressed with the outstanding help you gave me to purchase just a $400 steering system. Friendly advice and great communications via phone and email. I felt the service was more like a $4,000 purchase! Reading into some not so good reviews I can only say that the expectations of some are a little too high. All stars deserved from me tho!

Beware! They Have a very dodgy return policy. Bought an external regulator for my alternator on advice of my mechanic but found that it was not compatible with Alternator. Requested to return same in pristine condition but told that they had a no return policy " because of Covid -19! There is no such advice from any Australian Health unit nor any scientific evidence. If they are really concerned about spreading virus by post
