Made an order for a sticker but only to receive the incorrect address on the sticker. They said I selected same as delivery address. There was no attempt for any resolution at all.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Purchased an item on the 25/11 (I’m in Sydney, they’re in SA) and still haven’t received it to this day. Spoke with them last week and they advised for me to wait yet another week for the item to arrive. I advised that we had already exceeded the expected due date by 8 days but that was still not good enough for them and I was told again to wait.I then asked for a refund yet again due to the fact o needed this item a week ago for a birthday, I was told to wait for the item to arrive, then return to sender and I will then get a refund?!!!! They then advised they’d refund me, it’s been 2-3 days since and I’ve just received a notification from PayPal that the transfer is taking longer than it should so they’re following up with them AGAIN! The customer service was actually disgusting, I literally am now out of pocket for an item that never arrived and they are now stuffing me around with the money that is actually owed to me.

Thank you to all the team at 123t. My order arrived today and everything is exactly as described on the website. The order was processed and ready to ship with Australia Post in under 24hours. I did choose to pay the express post as I wanted it to arrive before Xmas. It arrived in 2 days. So a great result.Very happy shopper.
