Was recommended by a friend however a bit disappointing. They basically just filled out my tax and I paid a bill. Very minimal probing and didn't appear overly interested in maximising my return. Asked general questions like any deductions" rather than specific to myIndustry. I nearly forgot to mention my Union and registration fees. Something I would of though they would of automatically gone through."

Have used this place twice for my tax.I wanted advice on my investment property on how I can maximise my deductions and the advice I received was inaccurate and I as a result I now have to adjust my tax returns for the last 2 years in order to fix my tax.I was quiet dumb founded that when I asked for financial advice on my property on thing I was told was that I should sell it because it's positively geared like that's a bad thing or something?? I was also told that because my property is older that I couldnt claim deductions and depreciation on any of the renovations that I carried out. This information has turned out to be untrue. This year I was given accurate and helpful advice on my property that was fully renovated throughout 3 years ago and pointed in the right direction on how to maximise my deductions. My advise would be that if you have a simple tax return they would be able to do it for you, but honestly I could have done it myself. Nice enough people but Iam not looking for a smiling face I am looking for a business that will provide me with accurate and helpful advice and maximiae my tax returns.
