BIG W Cumberland Park

Probably one of the best shops I've visited. Amazing staff, quality products and the stock there is terrific. Highly advise everyone to visit this store. Its situated 8 minutes away from Melrose Park Target which is perfect if Big W dont have the stock you need.

I give only 2 stars sorry. You had everything we needed and at very good price. But I am handicap and really need to park close. There is about 30 pram parking right in front of the door, and only 1 handicap spot. That is crazy, I understand managing a baby and pram is hard. But try a wheel chair!!! Very disappointed!!!!

The greeter at the front door was very helpful and knowledgeable about the store's processes. He explained clearly how I could return and exchange some books - he made it easy for me to complete the process very smoothly. Thank you

Big W good workI really like this place and highly recommend it. Prices are competitive! As someone who shops online mostly, a shop has to offer something I can’t get online and this place does. It has stuff you otherwise might not find with good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the better larger than most other stores, carrying plenty of stock ! Products include women's,men's, kids and babies clothes, home appliances,TV's,toys,games,books,crafts,tech and audio,cookware, cosmetics,sports and leisure, health and beauty, cleaning and household essentials, snacks, drinks, pet food and many other items too many to list, over 40,000 products! Great deals and prices ,cheaper than most of their rivals!Lots of staff to assist if required, lots of parking and a Woolworths attached next door!

Needed help in ladies jeans dept. Went to entry person. He called an assistant. Had help within 60 seconds. Issue was resolved quickly, and I left to head to checkout. Realised I had an untagged item. Assistant quickly found the markdown price, and I left the store extremely happy after having successful and polite interactions with 3 different assistants.

Unfortunately stock was all over the place. It was difficult to find pricing and when trying to find the price scanners, there were none. I feel extremely uncomfortable asking the little staff there were to price check. I couldn’t even look up the price on Google as there was no phone service through the entire store which made it impossible to even make it receive any phone calls in store.

Awesome place to visit they have everything and lots of things you can buy in bulk for extra savings. Like toiletries, bathroom, garden, pet products. Then all the usual things you would expect to find here. The prices are quite competitive and you can use your Everyday Rewards card for points.

Unfortunately 1 star given because your party supply lady is the rudest person around and i can see there's been numerous complaints about her by other people. I go here often and really like the other staff but this women should be fired. Shes letting everyone else look bad. i certainly will never go here for balloons again. I rang a competitor and told them what happened whilst ordering from them and even they said they're not surprised they've heard other customers complain about her.
