Unbelievable Rip Off PlumberI feel completely Exploited by Express Plumbing Solutions.We had a leak in a flexible hose under the kitchen sink.It was great that the plumber was able to come and fix a leak at 10pm on a Saturday night and we understand the call out fee of $240However, $720 an hour is completely excessiveExtra work that was not asked for -pressure testing" $195.The way our plumber last tested if a leaking hose was repaired was to turn on the tap!$1

While it was great that a plumber came within an hour as promised, this job was incredibly expensive. The call out fee is $240, which I guess is to be expected on weekends/after hours. The hourly rate was $480 and is for any period up to an hour - which I found outrageous. The first plumber didn't have the correct part to make a permanent fix, so another plumber came the next day. The first was here for about 45 mins, generating a cost of $480. The second was here for about 15 mins - another $480. Plus a 'pressure text' - $195 and perhaps 5 mins. Total cost of $1562. It would help to be given information about the costs up front - if I'd known I would have made a different decision.
