Bon Accord Hotel
Came across this place by chance. Had lunch and didn't go hungry. Tim the publican was very hospitable and was very good to talk to. Very interesting pub and would recommend.

Bon Accord Hotel
We loved this place so much that we came for 1 night and stayed 3. We were very fortunate to arrive on the day of the Burra Show and got to see the wonderful fireworks. Bon Accord is a great place. Good food and terrific selection of wines, particularly with recommendations from Tim the owner. Tim has worked in the wine / hospitality business for years and know his stuff. He is also interesting on the history of Burra. Thanks to Sarah the food is great, veggies are not overcooked and a variety served. Tim doesn’t suffer fools and can be direct, but I prefer that!

Under renovation. Small camping area out the back and are currently not serving meals so we didn't stay.Reply. Lady in green top and jean shorts came out and advised you are not doing lunches. Pointless going in if you are not offering meals. So my experience is as above. 3 stars.Non powered sites are not maintained which you can live with being free (if you spend money inside). Powered sites are not worth the $25 reported online.

Called in for lunch about 10 months ago as all the other pubs in town were closed for meals..Tim was a great host and the food was awesome.Told him we would be back and will park our van out the back next time we come thru..well here we come!!.heading there in a coupla days" so hoping there is a site available out the back and a couple of bottles of red in stock.. Ate here last night. Friendly publican. Not a big menu but we all found something we liked. Food was really good, large serves. Nice dining room with a pianola and amazing range of music. We all ended up having a sing-along, even the other patrons joined in. Had a fantastic night even though none of us can sing, so much fun. Thanks Bon Accord, we didn't expect so much fun when we called in for a meal.

Nice little caravan parkat the back of the pub however the best thing was, without doubt, the beautifully restored pub, the great company and fantastic service.

Great pub food in an old world charm, safe and friendly environment. Also, a great place to camp out back (free unpowered if purchasing $20 or more). Highly recommended to all.

Stayed overnight in van. Unpowered site. Best option would be get powered site for $30 and have your own drinks and food in van as pub meals are small and over priced and the drinks prices were dearest we've experienced while travelling.

Authentic olde world pub on the outskirts of the historically significant township of Burra. Good food served by very friendly staff. A true window into the rural Australian past, not to be missed.
