Would like to highly recommend Himmat Dhillon and his practice if you need a physio. I have seen himmat a few times over the last few years for a shoulder surgery rehab and a hamstring injury.It has been great experience as my shoulder now feels stronger then ever before and i was also able to bounce back quickly from hamstring injury after a few sessions with Himmat.I did see a couple other physios before but Himmat has great knowledge and experience and is the best Physio i have ever been too.

I went saw Himmat at HSD Sports Physio last year for Achilles injury.I injured myself while training for a marathon.Himmat identified the problem straightaway and he worked with me for 3 months, this included him drafting a running/strengthening plan for me.I was mange to finish my first ever full marathon because of Himmat.

Himmat is very thorough and knowledgeable. He treated my ACL so I don't have to go through surgery and get back to my daily life.

After some pretty sever sciatic and back problems, due to a bulging disk, Himmat was the Physio I needed to get back on track. He is patient, efficient, understanding and thorough with his treatment and care. He checks in to see how you’re going a few days after your consult ~ the reassurance and follow up makes all the difference. Super clean and tidy facilities and the Receptionist team are always very friendly and organised. I have seen Himmat for wrist, shoulder, back and neck issues, and could not recommend him more highly for all your Physio needs.

Having been involved in the performance sports & fitness industry for the past 2 decades (athlete/instructor/coach), I have undergone a variety of physio treatments. I approached Himmat with soft tissue issues (hamstring and peroneus tendinopathy), and was thrilled to see that he's 'fixed me up' within ca. 2month's time. His excellent knowledge, combined with his understanding of an active person's mindset and his progressive & holistic recovery approach (including both passive & active measures) allowed me to keep going with a modified training whilst recovering both injuries. This place is highly recommended to anyone who needs guidance recovering from injury or surgery. Himmat is very professional and very knowledgeable with years of experience. I often have football injuries and Himmat who runs the practice has been a safe pair of hands I can trust. Clarity and communication around what's happening, explains reports in a simple manner for us to understand and gives me the options of how to tackle the situation without being overwhelmed. Would definitely recommend for all sporting injuries / treatment.

I went to Himmat after leaving plantar fasciitis for longer than I should have, allowing a bone spur to develop. Himmat developed a treatment plan, walked me through it & before I knew it, I was seeing vast improvements. He was extremely patient, checked in regularly & adjusted treatment as necessary. Had a fantastic experience with Himmat to fix my very sore foot. I was unable to walk properly for a whole week using crutches until I saw Himmat. He treated my foot for a few weeks and recommended a moon boot be worn alongside treatments to allow my foot to heal and within a few weeks I was back in the gym and walking everywhere. I also really appreciated the follow ups over the past few months to check that everything is okay. He has gone above and beyond. I would recommend this clinic and Himmat to everyone! Thank you :)
