I got in touch with Jamie at Data Recovery Angels earlier this year about retrieving footage from old tapes - from the start he was super responsive, prompt and always happy to share his professional knowledge on data retrieval. I really appreciate the time he gave to look over the tapes for us, and he gave them a good clean too (tapes were 30 years old!).
