Very impressed from start to finish. Communication and initial organising was very easy. Jared was an excellent and steered us in the right direction regarding colour and style. We were hoping the 2 blinds would be installed by Xmas and they were installed on 17th December. We had a perfect Xmas dinner nicely shaded from the sun while being able to see the kids on the trampoline. Highly recommend Big Difference Home Improvements

Team at Big difference was fantastic from the beginning to end. We had 2 blinds and 2 roller shutters installed by them and they were very professional throughout. Sales person didn't push us compared to some other companies, but provided good explanation regarding the products and service. We are very happy with the quality and service they provided in a timely manner.

We are very happy with our new cafe and shade blinds. Big difference Home Improvements did a great job and were very nice to deal with. They communicated well and did the job in a timely manner. They removed the existing old blinds and fitted the new ones all in one day and they look great!

As past customers we were naturally going to include The Big Difference in the quotes we requested for 3 new slide track blinds. They were quick to respond and arrived on time to quote. They suggested a couple of improvements we hadn’t thought of and gave us a sharp price on the spot. Other companies took days to respond!The job was completed before the date expected and the installers cleaned up and did a first class installation. The patio is now better and more usable than we ever anticipated. Thanks

The Big Difference team were fantastic in all regards. Scott’s initial measure and quote for 3 outdoor blinds was simple and efficient and clarified all questions we had. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process, booked in a time for installation and both Matt and Oliver arrived promptly and did a wonderful job of installation. The quality of the blinds and workmanship was second-to-none and the blinds have quite literally transformed our alfresco. Would happily recommend BDHI to anyone and would absolutely book them again for any future works.

The whole experience with Big Difference was fantastic. Jarred came out and gave us a free quote, with no pressure whatsoever to sign any contracts then and there. He gave honest, genuine advice about what he thought would work best, suggesting ways we could save money instead of trying to upsell us. The two guys who came out and did the install were friendly, efficient and the blinds look great. Can't recommend Big Difference highly enough.
