Not sure why all the bad reviewsJJ Richards have been looking after us for over a year now, we only have 1 bin that gets picked up once a month so we're not a huge client to them. However they are always friendly on the phone & pick ups are always on time :)

Worked here as a driver for nearly 5 years and it's definitely the best company and depot I've worked at in the waste collection industry. A lot of the complaints I see sadly come from customers who are dishonest about non-collections. Footage is recorded constantly in each truck every day and photos can also be taken to prove that either a bin was not out or the wrong bin(s) have been presented, so it's never about a driver's opinion on the matter.Moreover, customers are welcome to call headquarters with any issues they may have and unlike other waste management companies in the area you can expect a prompt answer and resolution. As drivers within our team we are more than happy to go out of our way to drive back for a service whenever there have been either access or any other types of issues.

WORST SERVICE I’ve ever had!! DO NOT USE their service if you see this. I’ve been using their service for 5 months now and only got bin collected two times. First time was when they dropped the bin to the venue and second was after I complained about their service. What their drivers do was basically parking at somewhere near your venue and took a photo in the car (they didn’t even get off the car) and sent to you saying COLLECTION ISSUE. They STILL CHARGE YOU for that.

I live on Bayfield Road, West in Bayswater. The driver is a very nice friendly man. He always gives me a smile and a wave.

I hired some skip bins from JJs Waste as a one-off to clean up a property. they then double billed me for them and after I had paid the actual due amount spent the next few months sending me overdue notices with threats of legal action, despite me contacting them several times to resolve the issue once it was identified.

Ive been with J.J Richards for 8 years now. I've never had a bad problem. Colection issues are usually my fault, heres a tip keep your bin outside...Thanks for the great work, ive spoken to drivers at times and their great lads. Appreciate the hard work.highly recvommend

Brilliant Service!! ( from Chapel Corner Automotive). Never used them before. Our waste oil was full as our usual supplier has been unable to help for the last 2 weeks. We rang JJ in a panic and booked them in as soon as possible. Within 4 hours they were here. The driver was friendly and efficient. We will be signing up with you as our regular waste management company.

I made a complaint to JJ Richards related to their unfair bills but did not get any response even though the customer service center advised me that I will be contacted soon. I also told them to terminate their services but they still kept on sending me more service bills. I have never dealt with such a company who is out there to frustrate and grab money from the innocent customer like me. i will not recommend them to any one..

Very worst experience . Very unprofessional and careless customer service. Probably need more training to the staff to convey the right information in the right time . My Greese trap cleaning service was scheduled for Tuesday morning before 8 am . I called them twice to confirm my booking on Monday. Tuesday We waited since 6 am till 8 :30 am but they didn’t turn up . And I called them to find out how far is driver ? They just replied it was rescheduled for Thursday and they forgot to tell us . They blaming other staff but not taking their own responsibility.They will inform manager about it . What a joke ?Then after sometime someone from customer service called and said they will send driver with in an hour . Again we waited for two hour and called them back around 11 pm and again same story, driver on the way will be there in half an hour . We waited till 1 pm but driver didn’t turn up . When asking for driver’s number, they said they don’t know it . And finally we have to cancel it .They think customers are stupid and believe what they say . Manager called later on and apologised but it was meaningless.We won’t be going back to JJ Richards and son , wouldn’t recommended anyone for their service.
