Liked:- nice interior (by motel standards), although maintenance could be better- clean- little to no external noise- mountain viewDisliked:- sagged mattress- very annoying fridge sound at night- no EV charger

Bed and Pillows very comfortable quiet area. Room spacious and neat. Enjoyed the overnight stay, will certainly stay there again. Price reasonable

The lady in reception is extremely rude and didn't help with my equire to cancell or rebook. I'm a tourist travelling from NSW to Victoria and due to health conditions I'm delaying my trip.She didn't let me speak and didn't help finding a solution either.That is not the way to treat guests!!!!

Incredibly friendly staff, wonderfully clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The view of the hillside are stunning, what a great little stay for an affordable rate. Thanks again to the team for being so accommodating with a number of our needs. Great find.

Email spam and scam issue. I had an email created specifically for this place and now this email received a scam email which led me to believe that somewhere along the line my data was breached, lost or sold. Place itself was nice.

The room was clean, tidy and nice very big. Outside area was nice. Sadly the pool was dirty and we couldn't swim. The staff was not friendly, very rude. They don't have breakfast no more found out in the morning, they should take down the photo of the breakfast buffet. This was hard because we are a family of 5 and don't drive so got to head to town for breakfast.

There's no pool and my pet hate droopy shower head. Got scammed on a fowled up booking sold me .Replaced my booking with their dearest room though the motel was far from fully booked. Quiet but out of the way. Think it's a oncer plenty of others to choose from

Stay 2 nights in a spa executive room. The room was freezing cold. Keys need to be removed from a port when going out which turns off all electricity, so the room stayed cold. Even with the spare blanket on it was cold.Pencil sharpenings were in our bed. Pillows were horrible and gave me neck pain. Ended up going to Kmart to buy some pillows.Bed dipped in the middle and was like sleeping on jelly.Hot water took at least two minutes to come through the shower. Shower pressure was aweful.The room also smelt like cigarettes even though it says no smoking, smoking is allowed outside. The Ash tray outside our room was full.Spa was lovely. Great room size.

Older styled accommodation, but don’t let that fool you as it did me. I was reluctant as it looked dated, but I’m glad I stayed here. The rooms were large enough for several people (I had a twin room as I was late with my booking). The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were absolutely spotless, all facilities coffee, TV, AC, microwave which was handy etc again all spotless,The location is a little 5mins from main drag which I loved, who wants to be Main Street? Overall a great experience, I will definitely be staying here again.
