Got charged for an extra panini and then asked for refund. She wasn't paying attention and it didn't go through. Showed her the banking and she's like oh my colleague (was was rude) said it could take awhile and come back later."A long time later and out of pocket. Nothing. I drove 500km. Every Saturday they have two guys on the coffee machine but the coffee takes twice as long as any other SO I’ve ever been to!! The coffee is up to the usual std but they seem to be constantly getting the orders wrong. Please speed up!!

I recently purchased 2 cups of coffee and requested a cup tray, however, the barista refused and proceeded to speak with their colleague instead of addressing my request. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I hope that the coffee shop can improve their staff's communication and service in the future.

I have been coming to Soul Origin Hornsby for years now - the team, the food and the coffee are all fabulous. I changed to almond milk coffee a while back and no-one makes a smoother and more consistent almond cappuccino in Hornsby Westfield like Shiva and his team at Soul Origin Hornby. Recommend to drop in for one!

The coffee here is consistently good. They have a really nice range of sandwiches and salads as well as a few treats like friands, powerballs and cupcakes. The staff are very friendly and the service quick and efficient. located on level 1 outside Cole's. Wheelchair and pram accessible.

Have tried soul origin CBD, Port Stephens, DFO and they all have the 2 for 12 offer and we can choose any item (salads and sandwiches)but the Hornsby branch said that we can only choose 2 salads and not sandwiches. The one in the city sells salads /pastas for even 5$ after 3. The Hornsby branches sandwiches are dry and they use less mayo as compared to what we have tried in their other locations.

One of the cafes open early in Westfield right by Coles. Coffee was average and served double cupped (not environmentally friendly?).Closer to the closing hours they put various salads and sandwiches packed in containers on sale (I.e. choose 3 for $12) which can be convenient to pick up on the way home after work . I once heard a customer asking if she could just buy 2, and the employee said no. I also had asked if I could buy 4 and was told no. Maybe their register isn't set up to take additional or less numbers than 3? Unless this issue has already been resolved, the management should look into this instead of turning away customers.
