Bit rude. Overpriced. Paid cash didn't offer a receipt and wanted exact change. It's worth the drive to gatton.Edit after reply:It had nothing to do with my son. I understand WHS regulations. It was the entire encounter that I perceived as rude. Maybe you are having a bad day. I'm sorry if that is the case. I hope it gets better. Doesn't excuse the fact that I was presented with poor customer service. Not any one of those things in isolation, I would say is bad, but overall, it wasn't a great experience. I suggest you take feedback less emotive and try to improve your business and customer relations. I like supporting local buisness but in return you need to respect your customers. Displaying disrespect toward a 9 year old online seems less than an act of professionalism. I hope you work toward deserving higher feedback in the future.

Incredibly rude when I said I would ring around to see if I could get the delivery sooner, then when I did decide they could go ahead they said “oh no we don’t deliver bags there’s not enough in them”. I said we’ll charge extra delivery I don’t mind she said “nah we already do there’s not enough”I wanted 40 bags not 4. Would have been happy to pay whatever delivery charge they wanted. Rude and disrespectful. Amazed you still have customers.

Friendly staff.Decent range.Fair Prices.Check opening hours beforehand so that you don’t end up in front of the closed gates, in the driveway, with a trailer on and have to reverse on to the busy road.
