Although this was a very emotional time, it brought comfort knowing that a phone call was all that was needed to look after all the arrangements at such short notice. Twice now I have been to White Lady Funerals at Tweed Heads South, and twice they have been exceptional. I had to get some documents witnessed by a Qld Registered JP, and was told by the lovely JP at Tweed City that White Lady Funerals across the road could do it when they could not. Before this, I had no idea they could do this. The feeling when you walk in is of Calm and Comforting. Donna and Dee are amazing, beyond being patient with helping me with signing documents, and if you need someone registered in Qld they are qualified for that, not just NSW. Thank you for all you do, people are definitely in capable hands when you are needed.

Throughout the process of organising the funeral, the service and follow up after the funeral , Dee at White Lady Funerals was extremely professional and very kind . Dee made a very stressful and sad time in our lives a memorable and beautiful service and went above and beyond to make this time . All the staff at White Lady Funerals are genuinely beautiful and caring. Dee was the main person looking after our precious Mum and my sister and I only had to visit and talk with her once for her to embrace our ideas and plans for a service that captured the very essence of who our Mum was to so many. Throughout the process she was professional and compassionate giving us the reassurance that we needed at a very difficult time.
