Great service and for a reasonable price. Very friendly and runs on time. I will be back for sure. Great to have a team that has high standards and properly trained right here in Australia to meet Aussie standards. Other dentists I've been to just want to up-sell all the time but not these people. They do what needs to be done. And are not pushy at all.They also help with dental work in the Solomon Islands which is great.

Well what can I say, a front filling (minor ) no needles which the procedure has a code of 522 under the Australian Dental Authority has a average recommend cost of $160 across Australia with NT being the most expensive and some states less. After my first visit for this procedure and receiving a bill for $226.00 I will never be visiting again. No excuse for higher price with a 10 - 15 minute procedure in total and not needing additional work that would cause a increase in cost it is obvious that this business being the only public Dentist in town is trying to either retire early or just has no understanding or concept of a fair price. I don't mind if they were a little over the average but $66.00 over the recommended is to much, hence a nice Latte and lunch in Ballarat next time at a dentist who observes the recommended pricing code will be a far more enjoyable experience than the visit I had at the Ararat surgery.

Thorough and professional. Our family has always been treated with the highest level of care. As soon as you walk in the front door you are treated in a friendly and respectful manner.

Sioux and Charles were beyond amazing-- meeting us on Sunday for an emergency appt when no one else could and immediately working out the issue. Kind, efficient, lovely people with the kind of care you don't often find anymore. Only wish we lived nearer so we could be regular patients. Thank you both.

Delightful service, all the staff I spoke to were great and Dr. Paul clearly enjoys his job, he was cheery and sang along to the radio throughout my check up. Since you can't really chat whilst having a dental check up, happy karaoke is great to make the experience less awkward and more friendly. Also, I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade, and I wasn't made to feel too stupid. Lastly, another review here implied that their pricing was over the top and that you can get cheaper dentistry in Ballarat... well, I came from Ballarat to Ararat because I had heard that their service was great AND for the same thing I paid $225 for here I would have paid at least $350 for in Ballarat. So I don't know where they went, but we checked in with several places and that was the cheapest we found there.
