My first time here. I did not catch her name, but she’s very sweet. She’s a good listener. I love my experience here

Finally, after 18 months I got a hair salon that I would like to go again to. I have gone to at least 10 different salons in the last year and half but every time it was so confusing to answer the questions like which size of trimmer to use, what kind of hairstyle and if i am not able to provide one word answer then hair dresser doesn't look confident enough to do a good hair cut. So what was so different about Coco Shanice, she understood my dilemma and provided suggestions which made me comfortable. The conversation was very friendly and she knew what kind of length to set all over the head. The temperature of the water she used was perfect. The entire place was very beautiful.Bottom line, i highly recommend this place. A skilled hair stylist with a warm and welcoming nature.

I had visited the salon for a wash, blow dry and haircut. I had explained to shanice what I wanted with my hair cut and she confidently cut my hair very quickly. I did not realise how botched my hair was until I came home and straightened it. It was a disaster & I couldn’t even leave my hair out because of the uneven layers and so many different lengths of hair. It was so choppy. I had to get my hair fixed at another salon and even my hairdresser was shocked and confused as to why she cut it that way. I will have to grow my hair for 6months to a year to just even out my hair. She did well with my blow dry but DO NOT recommend her for a haircut

Terrible experience here - shanice did beautiful colour on me however when she did my hair cut she didn’t listen to what I wanted, was negligent and quick. I asked for curtain bangs which I always get however she chopped a huge bit at the front creating a very short and choppy fringe - when I bursted into tears she said that’s what I asked for and that’s what curtain bangs are, then I showed her what they are on Pinterest and she apologised and blamed it on miscommunication. She knew I had my 21st coming up and she mucked up my hair. Gave me my hair cut for free but still made me pay $300 for colour and had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted to buy products. I had to go to a second salon that day to try and see if we could make my botched hair cut look a little better and they showed me the back of my hair that was completely uneven and clear chops. Throughout the service with shanice I was get bleach spluttered on me, her nails scratching my face and shampoo being spilt on my face during a wash. I have done keratin with shanice as well which didn’t last past the 2nd wash, and yes I was using pro product. This hair cut has caused major stress on me and has now impacted my modelling jobs. Will never be coming back.

Coco Shanice was recommended to me by a friend and I was beyond impressed with the service, the salon and of course the final product. My hair turned out amazing and she was able to fit me in within the week for my haircut and colour! I would recommend Shanice to anyone and will definitely be back :)

I met shanice back in 2019 for hair extensions. I have been going back to her ever since. Ive had my hair coloured, cut and had hair extensions put in and her work never disappoints. Not only has she been great with my hair, her hospitality and her authenticity as a person is what made me coming back. the hair stuff is just extra. love love love this shop and this girl and will continue to support her.
