My naturopath ordered me some herbs from this company, after not having received them within a week we chased them and were advised my order was missed (yet they still charged me) and would be sent out that afternoon, it was another 4 days before it was dispatched and 2 weeks in total by the time I received them. Then the herbs arrive and they have no expiry date which is illegal. So basically took my money, didn't send the order, then send no doubt expired herbs. We will be reporting them to the ATMS.

Natural Chemist has been in the past an excellent customer service in delivering products I order.This time, it was a few days delay however, no communication was a little upsetting. It turns out that a delay in stock of items. I still recommend using Natural Chemist service and will be more onto it next time in order to receive my products.

Brilliant service including excellent delivery and fulfillment of product. I have been very happy with Mutaflor which I have bought as a probiotic for my daughter. It is working extremely well and the small size is perfect for a 12 year old to take. Very satisfied all round!

This was my first time ordering probiotics from Australia and i wasnt sure how will they manage the temperature around the medicine while the parcel is in transit. To my surprise the parcel was very well handled and packed with eco friendly coolers along with a pack of dry ice. I have been using the multiflora probiotic for few months now and it has reallh helped me with my gut health.

Of all the companies where I do online shopping, Natural Chemist is one of the best I've dealt with. Deliveries are sent on their way promptly. Prices are competitive. If there's a problem, such as my prescription expiring, they do a great job sorting it out with me quickly. Helpful and friendly on the phone too. I'm happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I placed my order with Natural Chemist for an Omega Oil supplement. They called me to let me know that current stock they only had 4 weeks until the expiry date. They asked if I would prefer to put the item on back order to receive newer stock. Most onsite vendors, in my experience, do not bother to do this. Some are quite happy to send you a product which is only just within the expiry date, or in some cases, past the expiry date.Excellent customer service from Natural Chemist. I will buy from them again.

Initially there was a server hiccup that did not acknowledge the order, however staff corrected this quickly and in fact fulfillment and despatch happened the following day. Found this company excellent to deal with and would recommend highly. My order was a large order for hard to get items so I was genuinely impressed.
