The range of produce is exceptional. Truly the butcher for those that appreciate and love to cook high quality meat especially game and organ meat. They have everything. The meat just melts in your mouth and is full of flavor, which tells you that the animal has been farmed and sourced respectfully. Disappointed in the customer service.Ordered meat 3 weeks in advance. Couldn’t deliver order due to their own courier and not prepared to find alternative options. Found alternative meat supplier. Can’t comment on quality of meat.

Great looking meat and great tasting meat. I was beyond impressed. Super professional and fast delivery. I’ve ordered meat from other butcher stores before and I’ve found it average but this was fantastic.Anyone ordering the steaks I strongly suggest opening the vac seal first, patting dry and possibly just sitting in the fridge uncovered for a few hours before bringing to room temp & cooking just to dry the surface.
