Nature's Energy Day Spa & Bath House in Balmain

Had the most beautiful spa package today! Have been feeling stressed and fatigued of late and this was just what the doctor ordered. Loved the bath house as well, perfect for these cooler days. Highly recommend the 'Heaven on Earth' package if you want to treat yourself. Also hard to resist the beautiful products on offer as you leave (I'm the proud new owner of a Citrine cluster) Will be back!

A clear 10 out of 10!! The warm and attentive reception staffer made me feel welcome and comfortable within seconds. My masseuse-Lulu- was absolutely incredible! Have had many massages over my time, in many places, and it was obvious within the first few moments that I was in expert hands. I really can not do the massage justice in words other than to say it was phenomenal.

I had one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time with Nim today. The deep tissue massage was amazing- very firm in all the right spots, and the use of hot stones was relaxing. Nim made me feel so comfortable, and her attention to detail was so nice- always making sure my feet were warm and tucked in, and a hot stone on the neck at the end was divine. Highly recommended!

Have visited a few times with my bestie who is a balmain local. The bathhouse is nice and big and I had a great massage. I usually visit Newtown which is smaller and has a private bathhouse during the week but this was beautiful, clean and really well appointed. Will definitely visit again

Beautiful ambience, relaxing atmosphere and good facilities. The massage I’ve had here was good, but I’m not sure worth the price tag compared to others nearby. However the convenience if you’re doing a spa day makes it a good option. Bathhouse is really nice with hot tub, a cooler (but not cold) jacuzzi, and both sauna and steam room. I wish there was a slightly less expensive option for locals just wanting to use the bathhouse regularly.

The massage was fine, the table was not. It was wooden with no hand rest in front of the face. The face rest was too small so my face did not fit inside the face rest and there was no cushioning, my forehead and chin pressed into the wood which was uncomfortable so I couldn't relax. Other than that everything else was nice. But because of the table was not good I won't go back

Want to start with staff are really lovely. Having moved back to Sydney was looking for regular wax go to. I started with these guys, thought they were expensive but stayed with it as I don't like to swap and change waxing. And I did like the staff. I got recommended sugaring which was more expensive than regular, (in other cultures sugaring is basic waxing not a luxury). But nonetheless stayed with it, but then the sugaring went up in price. $95 dollars for Brazilian - outrageous ! .I couldn't justify paying this much for hair removal. Tends to take too long too. I won't name it but have changed to another business where I bought x5 package of Brazilian for $195. you do the maths !!!! New place done and dusted in 10-15 minutes no faffing. Amazing job too. I'm sorry to leave this review but you are well overpriced . Maybe review your overheads as customers shouldn't be the ones paying for them.

Went recently. It use to be really good but not any more. I felt I was being rushed as I was meant to be there for 2 1/2 hour but my treatments finished in 1 1/2 hours. As for the foot massage she did my facial and foot massages together. Bill came to $330 I get better foot massages from the Asian pedicures. Very unhappy

Avoid Balmain. Terrible experience.I have just read your reply and find it astounding you can’t find me in your system. Very convenient!I have given you the opportunity to resolve and respond via email to which I received a reply from Mitch on the 25/3 saying he would speak with managers and get back to be within 2/3 business days - that was three months ago!I have avoided your store ever since and have happily directed any friends and family away from your business also.
