Nice clean rooms, cleaned every day. Very quite. Not over the top, but nice rooms. Owner was good to deal with.

Joan and family are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms always clean, old style but we love that. Great breakfast.We visit Beverley a lot and always stay with Joan.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely little B & B for our weekend in Beverley. Great value, clean, comfortable beds, and they were able to accommodated our family of four. We'll definitely go back.

I've stayed at this place quite a few times, due to work reasons, its always spotlessly clean/comfy beds/cold air con/hot shower/fair prices, and the owners are brilliant and alway make me feel very welcome, can't recommend it enough

We have a fantastic stay. The accommodation was clean and well appointed. Lovely owners who took our toddler to feed their fish, ducks and chickens, she had a great time. Breakfast was great and they were very accommodating with our two children. We’d definately stay at this little gem again.

I was pleasantly surprised for a B&B. Very large room with a firm comfortable king size bed. All the typical amenities expected in a motel/hotel. Room included an ample bathroom with glazed shower cubicle and heat lamp. Continental breakfast was served in the morning with a choice of toast, jams and various breakfast cereals. I should have taken more photos, rooms are arranged around a beautiful verandah garden.
