Tile and Grout Pro

I contacted Tile and Grout Pro to get a very tired and shabby shower re-grouted to give it a freshen up as we are selling our house. The communication prior to the job starting was excellent. I received SMS messages to tell me how far away Dylan was and what time he'd be here. Dylan did a wonderful job and spent upwards of 8 hours in grinding out all the old, hardened grout. His attention to detail and professionalism are just first class. The re-grouting makes the shower look so much better! I would highly recommend you guys and wouldn't hesitate to call again! A+++++

Very quick and easy service to book and price up with the team over the phone. I went with the cleaning and sealing service for my natural stone tiles. I was pretty happy to see the results they got with my tiles, especially my older dirty bathroom grout. The young guy who attended on the day was really helpful and explained how to maintain the finish on the tiles.

Tile and Grout Pro was a very good company to deal with. They gave very accurate quotes over the phone and sent Mr Moorthy to do the regrouting of my balcony. He was a very experienced tradesman and lovely to deal with. Looking forward to working with Tile and Grout Pro on other works around my home.

Had a booking to get my bathroom completely regrouted. To be honest had a couple of scheduling issues at first due to being caught up in a change in management at the company. Once this process was over though it was nothing but smooth sailing from the new manager Reegan and his team. They even provided a discount. Looks great and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in the future.

My daughter booked these crooks to clean and seal my beautifully laid bluestone a few months ago. She has been having issues with them coming back after cracking grout.At first she recommended this company to me to book a job with them and I called them and was hung up on.My daughter had a complaint against them and they will not reply to her.A cleaner called ‘morfey’ or ‘Mohamed’ (he keeps changing his name) told me how he did extra work for my daughter and can do work at a good price for cash and not to tell his employers. What kind of company is this?

Finally found someone who was able to clean my stubborn old slate tiles. I felt like the team guided me through the whole process and gave me a good price about the service and what was included. I didn't know what was involved and required so I was happy with how transparent they were with the process of the job being done at my house. They clearly understood that this was going to be a big investment for me. I'm so happy as my floor is beautiful and would highly recommend for my friends

I Had my Terrazzo floor deep cleaned ad resealed. the company were the only one to respond to a request in a timely, kind and very professional manner. They were excellent communicators and I knew at all times what was going on and what to expect with the service.The job was, on time, very thorough, looks so good and was done in a friendlybut very professional way. We were very happy with all aspects of their work. From the first contact to the finished product we found everyone to be very personable and efficient. When Ryan arrived to do the work, he was on time and fully explained the whole process to us. The job done is marvellous. Some of the tiles had never been cleaned -they look brand new, as do all the sandstone tiles and paving bricks. Thank you for a most professional job.

I booked for a balcony cleaning with very clear instructions with pictures. After several rescheduling the technician arrived ill-equipped for the job and property type, and wasn't able to even start the work. He proposed to reschedule with additional charge - such a rip off. Due to the urgency of the task, I had to cancel however despite their clear fault, the company is refusing to refund my deposit but charged as “onsite assessment fee” while others provide obligation free inspections. Have to contact the bank to dispute the charge. They subcontract to contractors. Avoid at all cost.Follow-up 13/06/23The company reached out admitting fault and issued a refund.
