Won’t return.Haven’t experienced the level of rude, abrupt arrogance for a number of years that I did from an employee here and is not an experience I recommend.Not to mention not actually doing his job, making my return 2 weeks late.

Going to H & R Block Wembley this financial year was the best move I have made for a long time. Adrian was extremely professional and so helpful for me. Terrible service. Unable to get anyone to return a call or email about a missing tax return. The whole experience has been very poor. My claim was only lodged after I called to ask the status of my return. A representative did call and said they will get back to me and nothing. I have been a long term customer of H&R block and will never use them again. I never leave google reviews but felt inclined to in the hope to save others from using H&R Block Wembley.
