I walked into the shop this afternoon ,to top up my opal card I gave him coins he got mad ! The Asian man serving customers is rude and arrogant ! He lacks customer services .

Terrible service our company pays them to deliver papers every morning and they cannot do that right. also they never answer their phone when you need them

Uploaded my Opal card yesterday and forgot to remind the owner to give me back card as I was trying to grapple with holding all the magazines I bought. Today they are now saying they haven't got it. Poor service

Had to get an Opal card and they tried to charge me a fee" saying it was bank charges on top of my $20 top up. Blatant lie (confirmed by transport NSW) so they're just charging extra that goes straight into their pocket. There's a work for that
