Aiki Kenpo Jujutsu Beenleigh
Sensi Luke is a great instructor. He's friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. The fitness classes he runs during the day are also awesome. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. Since everyone is at different levels, there's no pressure to keep up or use heavy weights. You can go your own pace and rest when you need. There's always a warm up and cool down stretching at the end which a lot of places don't offer. Luke understands the importance of function and mobility!
