So rushed, as they keep taking custmers on as they walk in and they tell 20mins yeah right more like an 1 hour wait. Cash on weekends, how can they do that, tax purposes i think and prices are so high. Not going back. More people need to complain and then maybe they do quality work not rushed.

Absolutely wonderful!The staff were incredibly friendly with such great talent!Salon is clean and inviting, with reasonable pricing for the services. First salon I've left feeling comfortable and satisfied with my purchase; definitely returning for future transactions!

Love coming to this place. The staff are amazing and I’ve never had a bad set. I used to get acrylic and they asked if I wanted to try biab and my nails have never felt better or stronger.

3rd time this has happened you would of though i would of learnt the first 2 times. Everytime im excited to get my nails done i get offered a seat i wait for ages then other people come in then they get served before me not just one just eathier. Do not recommed for new customerResponding to response.......sure.I was there today and other 2 times i can not provide dates as was in past. Lady who did my nails was SO RUDE, asked me if the shape and length was okay I politely asked her to make them smoother and they were completely uneven and bumpy which she said “ ITS YOUR NAILS” well I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and never had this problem. I asked for them thinner in shape as they were quite wide and chunky which she said no. Never been so disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Not to mention she peeled my old acrylics off with a nail tip and it hurt which she didn’t seem to care.

I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics on a Sunday morning and was the first customer there. She finished my full set in 20 minutes, was completely rushed, skipped multiple steps, the nails are uneven and the shellac looks like it was done by a child. My fingers are so sore and bruised as she was rough and rushing (there were no other customers I don't even know why she was rushing). I was unsure when I was there but thought it was maybe the lighting so just left it. When I left I realised how bad the job actually was. I messaged the salon and was super polite, and sent photos of the job done. I told her that my nails are now extremely sore, and attached photos. She said I can come back and have them redone. I politely declined as my nails are sore and the last thing I need is more product put on them and my nails being filed down even more. After sending the photos which clearly showed a terrible job which looked like they had been done by a child, I asked for my money back. She said I should refund her for her time and product??? This company is an actual joke and I've never had such a negative experience! I never leave bad reviews but this was too bad to not!!

this place is just amazing! all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and give you exactly what you ask for everytime! i walked into this place to get my nails done about a year ago and i have never gone anywhere else since! they can do a perfect full set of acrylics in 20 minutes and they look stunning. definitely a 5/5 star experience.

This place is so hit & miss depending on who you get that day. I’ve been here at least 4/5 times the past 6 months & it’s either the nicest/best service ever or incredibly rude (as if you are bothering them by being there wanting the service they provide.) I continued going as they do a great job of designs & usually massage your feet/legs a little extra when you get a pedicure (again, dependent on who does it.) I went today for my usual pedicure & acrylics. The lady who did my pedicure was incredibly rude, barely spoke the whole interaction except to double check my colour. The water was cold & she did not even attempt to massage my feet/legs (which is kinda the whole point of getting a pedicure.) I had the owner do my nails, who usually does a great job. The design I wanted was a bit more involved, I was happy to pay the $115 like usual. When I asked for my set a TINY bit shorter she chopped off several cm & they ended up a fair bit shorter than I ever get/prefer. Same as the lady who did my pedicure, the lady who did my nails was also virtually mute & didn’t speak unless to occasionally ask if my nails were ok. Honestly this is the most disappointing visit I’ve had to a nail salon in a while & as someone who’s been coming for many months now the negative experience of day (& the fact they were so rough/uncaring) has made me not want to return. I understand how hard this time of year is but as someone who works in retail I know how you should treat customers & they should really not be in customer service.

I got an ombré acrylic set done, couldn’t be happier with the result. This was the first time I’ve visited this nail salon and I will now make it my go to. The staff are lovely, they have more colours available than any nail place I’ve seen, but I was most impressed by my nail tech who really took time and attention, didn’t feel rushed like other places I’ve been to.

Today I have been 2 hours in this salon, one hour only waiting and then the owner was leaving me every time a new customer was arriving. They didn’t care. The borders of my nails are terrible how you can see in the photos. I have been there many times and always there is a issue, this time was the last one for sure. I don’t recommend at all this place.
