We booked Sandy Claus back in October 2018 to make sure we could get a Beach Santa Photo closer to Xmas. Due to weather our session was cancelled which is out of anyone's control, totally understandable.The reason for the 3 stars is that they did not make much of an effort to re-accommodate us after we gave them some times and dates to re-shoot. I totally understand they have a full schedule 1.5 weeks out from Xmas but with Day light savings in mind we could shoot up until 8.00pm throughout the week if needed. Disappointing is all.

Absolutely appalled. Got cancelled two hours prior to a booked appointment due to weather. I get that. Can't control that..What you can control is calling booked clients to say you've gone home instead of just notifying Facebook. Especially for people who don't really use it and had to drive 1-1/2 hours to get photos done. Only to get there to find they had left...
