Wash n Shop Hand car wash

I returned from a work trip to Albury, had my car 'cleaned' here and paid $55 to have bugs the size or birds still stuck to my grill and bonnet. Car was obviously 'cleaned' with a dirty sponge as my white car was covered in grey cloth streaks. Every chair was moved, high beams on, indicators on, the car was like a light show when I turned it on. Child seat turned backwards, outside of windows had finger prints, wheels dirty and basically it was cleaner before it went in. Employees couldn't care less.

After having my car washed there yesterday late afternoon, I only saw today in the light that my gauges in my new car were wiped with a dirty cloth, not only leaving the gauges dirty, but also scratched. Hope they or centre management have liability cover.

TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO TRY.I normally go to a different car wash, but thought I would try this one for a change. I had a wash and interior clean and it was the most half done job I have ever had. The wheels were not properly cleaned, the dash is still covered in dust, the car mats have mud on them from the cleaners (they were cleaner before I went in) and there are smudge marks all over the windows. Aside from the removal of some bird poo, the car is no cleaner. There is also a slight smell of cigarette smoke from the guys who were smoking near the car when the doors were opened. On top of all that, it didn't save me any time and it was a lot more expensive than were I normally go.

Rubbish. Paid $65 when I dropped the car off, 1 hour later picked up the car and got told I haven't paid. Rude & terrible job also. Windows with finger prints all over them, seats hadn't even been wiped.Lost a customer today.

Is thee a way to rate this place a negative 5 star rating? Such terrible service. Paid so much for the car to be washed and waxed only to see it with water stains in obvious places. Not to mention the car wasn't even really that clean when I picked it up. If you are not going to do something properly, don't do it at all.

Had a triton dual cab ute washed here last week.. $120 for an absolutely shocking job!! Dog hair still on the chair, side step ledge was rinsed definitely not washed, mud flaps still had mud on them & the list goes on & on & on! They tried telling us the car was old & thats why they couldn't get it clean (its 2yrs old) I think they keep it dark under there so you cant see the cr*p job they have done until you get home. Seriously DO NOT go there no matter how desperate you are.

Do not trust your car to these dodgy operators. I paid for a premium full car wash and polish inside & out. The car was still dirty, poorly vacuumed, covered in dog hair and smelt like dog (we don’t have a dog in our car ever) the windows & mirrors were still dirty, the floors still needed vacuuming and the car was still filthy. They refused my request for a refund. The workers were rude, unhelpful and did not care. I took 20+ photos of the car after the service to prove that it was still filthy.

Lazy, rude and aggressive. Car was not cleaned and they blamed the electrical blackout at Eastland yet still demanded a $60 payment otherwise they don't return your key. Car was there for over 3 hours so no excuse. No wipedown of interior, windscreen filthy and dirty finger prints all over. AVOID!

charged me $300 for a detail - over priced and a very average job. returned next day to get some parts redone, (was still dirty in the door trims). Marginally improved but not apologetic at all. would never use them again.

I bought a ScoopOn (wash&polish) after Xmas travels left my car rather dirty both inside and out (and dusty after a little desert driving).Other than being difficult to find (Eastland is in renovations) and only leaving me 5 minutes to collect the car before closing, they were fantastic. I got straight in on a Sunday, they haven't got wax on the windscreen, the interior is polished, it smells clean but isn't scented which is my preference, oh and they found my sister's watch that had been missing for over a month!I recommend this carwash, it is roughly under Coles, two levels below, that's the Warrandyte Road side, but not the same car park as Hoyts, the one closer to the Bypass.
