In Balance Therapies are amazing! Jackie was excellent in her assessment and adjustment of therapy to what was needed for my situation and pain. Her attention to detail and determination to assure a positive result with every treatment is what sets her apart from the rest. Truely, the best RMT I’ve ever encountered (… and there has been many) I would definitely highly recommend.

Jackie has helped me beyond anything I’ve experienced. I was in an accident causing neck, shoulder, elbow and back injuries on my left side with nerve damage. Over the years living with chronic pain, I’d tried everything from Physio, osteo and chiro for relief. The relief didn’t last long and I’d be in pain unable to sleep and it effected everyday. After 2 sessions with Jackie, I am sleeping through the night. Jackie worked so succinctly on all areas and actively listened to my concerns and what was happening in my body. I am so thankful and grateful for Jackie’s treatment plan and I’m living each day feeling that bit lighter not having chronic pain all day long. Thank you Jackie.
